Your responsibilities

• Monitoring accounts on daily basis to identify overdue payments,
• Identify and resolve payment issues using Oracle Advanced Collections,
• Reporting and monitoring procedures and tools for overdue payments within Oracle systems,
• Collecting and managing customer queries and disputes,
• Releasing sales orders/credit holds upon successful AR receipt reconciliation,
• Actively taking part in meetings and present current status of overdue positions,
• Improving and standardizing credit management process,
• Producing and analyzing key reports and providing insights on credit risk metrics,
• AR module close,
• Reconciling of AR,
• Assists in other areas of the Finance department as requested.

Our requirements

• University diploma (preferably in Finance / Accounting / Economy/Philology),
• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable process at least for 1 year,
• Good command of English ( any other language will be an advantage),
• Proficiency in customer service and collections processes within Oracle Fusion or EBS,
• Ability to analyze financial data and interpret reports from Oracle Fusion or EBS,
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Ability to use Oracle Fusion or EBS,
• Working knowledge of MS Excel is a must,
• Collaboration skills with the accounting team and customer service/sales department to ensure effective collections,
• Openness, initiative, positive attitude and willingness to develop.
