Team Leader - Finance&Accounting Processes

Your responsibilities

  • Direct supervisor for the team in Finance&Accounting Processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
  • Responsible for effective communication with the team, regular team and individual meetings, feedback provided to the team and individuals on regular basis, creating back up structure and ensuring that it works, informing the team about the main goals for the F&A project, explanation of the goals for the delivery center
  • First level of contact and operational communication with the client, 1st point of escalation
  • Delivering service according to SLA and KPIs
  • Responsible for control over the process and the team, Issue solving, suggesting possible changes or solutions to AM or the client
  • Involved in audits, reporting and recruitment process

Our requirements

  • Experience in people management
  • Related business knowledge, experience in service delivery, experience in Finance & Accounting area
  • High level Customer Service skills
  • Fluency in English (C1) skills
  • Client-focus attitude
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability of prioritizing and organizing own work in order to deliver to agreed deadlines
  • Process management and improvements
  • French – nice to have
