Job Description
We are actively seeking a skilled and reliable Production Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will have a knack for effectively coordinating and overseeing scheduling, work orders, and production processes within a manufacturing environment. This includes leading the charge in maintaining quality control by adhering to ISO standards during audits. Familiarity with production methods, raw materials requirement planning, and capacity is a must.Responsibilities:Oversee and process all orders, addressing inquiries, and system entry for production review.Coordinate order entry and materials requisition based on order requirements.Liaise with Physical Distribution for material needs and uphold just-in-time inventory.Collaborate with the Production Manager to prepare and issue weekly production schedules.Lead and coordinate internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO documents and data.Verify open purchase orders against the scheduled new work orders.Efficiently process Kuri Tec Corp orders via Electronic Data Interface.Attend to samples that need to be processed in line with similar products.Generate and disseminate production and compound reports.Establish effective communication channels with the sales team and any other relevant personnel regarding any changes in production schedules.Assist with the coordination of month-end inventory.Requirements:A degree or higher education certificate focusing on manufacturing planning and scheduling.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong ability to work effectively cross-department.Knowledge and commitment to ISO procedures.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applicable software applications (CMS).Experience in handling Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) for capacity planning and production line loading.
