So, what’s the job?
- You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain a clear digital product roadmap, write detailed user stories, and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals.
- You'll guide the team through agile techniques, sprint planning and backlog management, providing clarifications and ensuring the development team delivers features on time.
- You'll work with UX/UI and marketing teams to design and enhance customer journeys, leveraging the latest digital technologies to deliver innovative, market-leading products.
- You'll collaborate with testing teams to ensure that all deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards, while addressing day-to-day bugs and issues impacting the product.
- You'll manage the integration of third-party partners and suppliers within the Cover-More ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
- You'll develop a deep technical understanding of Cover-More, act as the go-to for product-related queries, and break down complex problems to drive efficient solutions.
- You'll apply agile methodologies, use digital analytics tools, and employ data-driven insights to inform product decisions, and ensuring continuous improvement.
- You'll leverage customer insights to guide business initiatives, ensure best practices are applied, and maintain high standards of customer service.
And what are we looking for?
- You'll have a degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business, Design) or equivalent practical experience, and certifications like CSPO or Agile qualifications will be advantageous.
- You'll have experience in insurance, Insurtech, or start-up environments, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to both fast-paced and large complex organizations.
- You'll possess advanced computer literacy, a strong understanding of systems supporting digital products, and a solid grasp of business environment dynamics, competitive differentiators, and market forces.
- You'll have experience in software development or the tech industry, familiarity with UX/UI design principles, and expertise in facilitating project initiation workshops.
- You'll have a track record of successfully fostering and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and working effectively in an agile team with accountability for decision-making, prioritization, and delivery of solutions.
