Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join one of the world’s leading companies in training, based in over 30 countries. This role is for a commercially minded and experienced HR professional with an energetic approach to delivering results.
You will be responsible for providing a first-class employee experience and enjoy sharing best practice with the wider team of HR professionals in Europe. If you are a strong relationship builder and can provide a seamless HR service, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide advice and guidance to management and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle, offering best practice and commercially focused solutions.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
- Oversee the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team assisting with recruitment campaigns and onboarding.
- Work jointly with the HRBP on complex employee relations issues and support internal investigations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Support managers with changes
- Administer data in global HR systems, including absence tracking, payroll, and benefits.
Skills required for this role:
- Has demonstrable experience in an HR advisory role
- Is CIPD Level 5 qualified or holds an equivalent degree in HR.
- Has experience working for a large, global, and commercial organisation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment collaborating with an international team.
The role is based in the Gatwick area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work three days in the office and two days working from home.
