About the Role

Working within the HR Reporting and Analytics team, the role involves engaging with key stakeholders, gathering business requirements and producing insightful analytics using a range of technologies including Workday, Power BI and Excel. We are looking for an HR BI/MI analyst with experience working within HR and knowledge of HR reporting technology and practices. This role will suit an experienced and motivated individual with a proven background of understanding customer requirements and delivering reports and Business Intelligence that informs business decisions.

We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Our opportunities are open to all suitably qualified applicants, so to be considered for this role, you must meet the following skills and experience
Proven track record of transforming people data (and especially diversity and inclusion data) into actionable insights.
Strong experience developing reports in Workday or another HR technology platform.
Demonstrable skills in one or more self-service BI tools, e.g. Power BI.
Advanced use of Excel or similar analysis tools.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the firm.
Highly organised approach to work with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
Excellent written, and verbal communications skills with the ability to relate and communicate at all levels.
