Job Description

A leading Finance team is seeking a solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to join the practice in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of banking and finance projects, including real estate finance, corporate banking, and specialised areas such as fund financing and bank advisory work.

Key Responsibilities


  • Participate in high-profile banking and finance transactions
  • Advise on a variety of legal matters within the finance sector
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client service
  • Manage and organise project tasks efficiently

The ideal candidate will:


  • Have experience in banking, corporate, real estate, or project work (preferred but not essential)
  • Possess a strong academic background
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
  • Be a team player with strong organisational and project management skills
