Tenth Revolution Group have an exciting new hybrid opportunity at our worldwide head office in Newcastle! Any financial admin/customer service/sales/recruitment skills are highly desirable. Some phone work is required to resolve or escalate queries supporting the core sales teams. However, you aren't personally targeted to generate new revenue. If you've been involved in a recruitment, finance, sales, customer service environment before or completed your studies with some admin projects with the related German/Italian/English skills, get in touch! We have multiple roles available for immediate or asap starts (notice periods will be considered)
A positive, proactive, & resilient person is best suited as it's a fast paced business critical. You certainly won't be bored delivering contract admin support to our Dach (multiple German offices) or Italian (Milan) base consultants. Tracking success via some KPIS/deadlines.

When: 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Thur & 8:30am-4pm Friday (Wellbeing Weekend)

What you’ll do?
As a Contract Administrator you will provide administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance and Front Office Sales teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administrative tasks and compliance validations pertaining to all placements closed by these Global teams. A fast paced, business critical role with some internal/3rd party phone work. You will be predominantly supporting the fantastic IT Recruitment (Sales) teams finalising fast paced deadline driven onboarding when they recruit the right people and put them in the right place within our external enterprise and SME clients in the growing, stable, exciting world of cloud technology! (including but not limited to e.g. Azure, AWS, Salesforce, Netsuite, ERP hiring)
Daily responsibilities?
(including but not limited D.O business needs)
- Run Onboarding (EI) Calls where appropriate
- Administer contracts via DocuSign
- Validation of all Candidate documents submitted during onboarding; Ensuring TRG is fully compliant with all country requirements, wherever our Candidates may be working
- Data entry to maintain our internal CRM, accounting and timesheet systems
- Provide quality customer service to Sales teams, Clients and Candidates
- Assist with processing of Candidate background checks and drug screenings; ensuring that all preplacement requirements and qualifications are met, in line with Client contractual requests
- Work closely with our Legal department to manage requests and updates to Client and Candidate agreements
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams to ensure all issues are resolved
- Support and suggest process improvements to assist the Support and Sales teams
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as required within the role
- Some phone based work challenging/resolving queries with internal Sales (IT Recruitment) colleagues as well as escalating if required to Contract Finance, Credit Control, 3rd Party.
Requirements?
- Administrative experience, ideally in a Sales/Recruitment/Finance/Corporate environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
- Some experience of CRM/ERP systems e.g: Salesforce & Sage desirable (not essential)
- Confidence in working with multiple languages/countries; 2nd language ideal but not required
- Confidence in both written and verbal communication in English (email, IT systems, phone)
