Investment Analyst/Associate（Based in SG）

Job Description:

Investment Analysis and Research:

• Conduct thorough analysis of investment opportunities across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments.
• Research and evaluate potential investments based on their risk-return profile, market trends, and financial performance.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.

Fund and Portfolio Management:

• Manage a portfolio of institution-sized capital, ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management.
• Track and analyse portfolio performance against benchmarks and industry standards. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholder and senior management.

Due Diligence:

• Conduct due diligence on investment managers, funds, and direct investments to ensure alignment with the family office's investment strategy and risk tolerance.
• Evaluate legal, financial, and operational aspects of potential investments.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Keep abreast of market developments, economic indicators and regulatory changes whilst regularly updating senior management and stakeholders on fund performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge in financial market, Bloomberg and Capital IQ
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: CFA, CPA, or similar certifications are a plus
