Bookkeeper - Trial Balance

Responsibilities: Process invoices (customers and suppliers) on Pastel and GAAP Reconcile petty cash Deal with Auditors Reconcile bank statements against payments and receipts for cash books Process all emergency, weekly, and monthly payments Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding different types of tax for SARS Produce monthly management reports Requirements: Minimum 3 years bookkeeping to trial balance experience Experience with accounting software: Pastel and Excel, GAAP POS an advantage
