We are currently working with an established recruitment firm in Manchester who is looking to expand their team, and offers fantastic earning potential, supportive culture, and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Seek out fresh business opportunities and grow the client portfolio through proactive networking and thorough market analysis, while delivering customised recruitment solutions and engaging sales presentations.
- Account Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Serve as the main point of contact for any enquiries and handle contract negotiations effectively.
- Candidate Sourcing: Create and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and referrals. Provide candidates with comprehensive insights into job roles and company cultures.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial job briefing to the offer stage. This includes scheduling interviews, delivering feedback, assisting in offer negotiations, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Research and Insights: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market shifts, offering clients valuable insights on salary expectations, talent availability, and market conditions. Share this knowledge with the team to continually refine recruitment strategies.
- Performance Management: Track and maintain detailed records of client communications, recruitment activities, and financial performance. Prepare reports for management, showcasing performance against targets and KPIs, with a focus on exceeding both individual and team objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant, operating in Legal, Finance, Financial Services, Tech or similar markets.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport establish credibility at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
