About the role
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on developing and managing our reporting functionality, utilising tools such as Power BI. You will also be responsible for handling various data feeds and general business intelligence tasks. This is a newly created role and you will have the opportunity to lead and shape a new function within Turley, identifying opportunities to add value to the business and influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Power BI dashboards for the business to optimise its performance.
• Oversee and manage data feeds into our BI tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with our IT team to understand the data analysis needs of the wider business.
• Support IT team members in using BI tools and understanding data reports.
• Regularly review and optimise data processes and reporting methodologies.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, report creation, and a keen eye for detail is a must. Proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, report building, and DAX is essential as well as a strong understanding of data management and data feed integration (SQL Server & SSIS). You will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable reports and insights. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must. You will be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
