Our ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in strategic and operational HR, both in the UK and internationally.
- Experience in empowering the global People team to deliver a consistent HR experience across our organisation
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate, and create an inclusive team environment
- Cultural intelligence and the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural settings
- A track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organisational goals
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues and organisational change

- Experience managing ambiguity and change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
If you are passionate about using your HR expertise to make a difference in the lives of those affected by poverty, we'd love to hear from you!
We particularly welcome applications from people with disabilities and those from Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds (in our UK workforce) as these groups are currently under-represented at our organisation.
This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from a designated office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.
The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure.
