Responsibilities

• To coordinate the progress of projects towards a successful outcome and ensure it is delivered to the clients’ requirements.
• Support external Project Sales Engineers to achieve their targets by providing first class customer service and administrational support inline with agreed parameters.
• Respond to customer project queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain concise records of contact and progress via activity planner and liaise with nominated sales engineers to provide timely information.
• Investigate, record, and update the progression of nominated projects to point of order.
• Maintain regular contact with customer post-order to monitor delivery timescales, take appropriate action to adjust where necessary.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments on behalf of, and act as a point of contact for sales engineers and clients to ensure delivery of ordered project as per client’s timeframes and specification.

Skills & Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Strong background in administration.
• Experience of electrical and/or construction trade an advantage.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Good team working skills.
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access).
• Accurate record keeping.
• Good English & Maths qualification.
