Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with strong knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical knowledge? We are working with a manufacturing organisation who due to growth are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be minimum Level 3 qualified and enjoy working autonomously as well as in a team.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• Maintenance and repairs on various manufacturing machinery including automated lines and conveyors
• Order, control and replenish spare parts and components
• Update PPM forms and investigate equipment failures
• Work with subcontractors to assist with maintenance, repairs and modifications to plant and equipment.
• Travel required once a week to sister site

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualified
• Driving License and own vehicle required
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience working within a maintenance role
