HR ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £28k -£32k (DOE)
Office based in Uxbridge: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

At present, most of our customers are Greater London-based, but we have already begun the expansion process into other major UK cities such as Manchester, Brighton and Bristol. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator – reporting to the HR Director
Responsibilities
- Ensures that all HR related administration is processed efficiently, appropriately and in a timely manner
- Maintains an accurate, up-to-date and well organised HR dbase / HRIS/ HR shared files with required employee information and necessary documentation
- Administers paperwork/documentation for new starters, leavers, and existing employee changes
- Deals with day-to-day HR queries and advises in line with current policies and procedures
- Arranges and carries out new starter Inductions and Onboarding, and Off-boarding
- Supports with formal meetings for employee relations cases, for example note-taking
- Supports with processing monthly payroll, pension and benefits
- Provides adhoc reports on HR matters
- Manages employee company equipment register of laptops, mobile phones, keys etc.
- Supports with HR projects as and when required
- Establishes relationships and works collaboratively with other departments
- Cross trains in other departments to enhance one’s understanding of the business and teams
Role requirements
- Passionate about delivering excellence in HR and possesses a strong internal customer service mindset
- Must have experience in a similar role in HR Administration
- CIPD qualified preferred. Ensures compliance with employment law
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced operational work environment
- Strong communication skills, including written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Numerically strong and comfortable using data
- Extensive experience using HRIS / HR base systems - experience with BrightHR would be a plus!
- Experience with monthly payroll and pension and benefits administration
- Able to focus on priorities, manage workload, plan and organise oneself
- Polite, friendly, professional, engaging, positive
- Able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Collaborative, a real team player. Enjoys working with all sorts of people.
- Adaptable and hard working. Agile and embraces change.
- Handles themselves and situations maturely, professionally, sensitively and diplomatically
- Willing to cross-train and undertake other requested training/development. Enjoys continuous learning
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
