Risk and Compliance Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading legal 500 firm, based in the South West of England, which is currently in need of a Solicitor to join their Risk and Compliance team. This role will primarily focus on data governance, risk assessment, tender responses and breach/incident management. It will be an ideal fit for someone looking to move away from fee-earning.

The Role:

• Handle a caseload of data governance, risk assessment, tender responses and breach/incident management
• Work closely with senior members of the firm and the Digital Data and Technology team, especially with regards to information and cyber security
• Advise key members of a busy and supportive team on the SRA Code of Conduct, and data and commercial risk management issues.
