Finance Assistant Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading, long-established and highly-innovative manufacturers in the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their 10 finance professionals to assist in the administration of purchase and sales ledger functions. What will you receive as Finance Assistant? £ dependent upon experience Early finish each day- 4:30pm Enhanced Pension and holiday entitlement Life Assurance Company Sick Pay What will you do as Finance Assistant? As Finance Assistant, you will work alongside the talented finance professionals to complete the following duties. This will include; Provide support the sales ledger and accounts functions Complete, analyse, conduct and document phone payments Process invoices and carry out payments Ensure that company records are updated regarding accounts and supplier details Process sales documents and work in accordance with GDPR regulations Full Specification Available Upon Request What will you require as a Finance Assistant? Minimum of 3 years experience in financial administration Obtained GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above Ability to work to schedules and deadlines Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills How to apply to this Finance Assistant position?
