Associate - Capital Allocation

What will you be doing?

The ideal candidate for this position will help us monitor the performance of the fund(s) under management, identifying trends, risk factors, and their impact on the portfolio.

Day-to-day, you will support fundraising activities by taking ownership of the production of the Excel and SQL-based Track Record for each of our investment strategies. You will develop financial models and conduct industry and market research.

In addition, you'll support the maintenance and development of financial models and stress testing, and you'll improve the efficiency of existing processes as the business scales by using automation tools.

What are we looking for?

• You'll be advanced in Excel, have experience working with SQL, and possess a strong background/interest in problem-solving using data, ideally within financial services.
• A strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, e.g., STEM, Economics, or Finance-related field of study.
• The ability to provide guidance and advice to senior management.
• A self-motivated individual, capable of using their own initiative to drive improvements in business processes.
