Location of the position This role is available in Italy and the Netherlands. The opportunity In this role, you will define customer and market strategies, manage commercial business, and scout the market for new customers to achieve expected sales performance. You will also focus on pipeline seedings with existing customers and receivables management in allocated geographies. You will be working in a team of 9 professionals located in Europe, Israel, and LATAM. How you’ll spend your day Work closely with the Business Analyst to map the market and identify new growth opportunities. Build relationships and business with new clients in the relevant region assigned, assuring to meet KPI’s and targets set. Increase win rate with clients. Routine follow-up on any sticky receivables with a view to maximize cash flow. Close follow-up with procurement teams at the customers’ to build a healthy order book and manage pipeline seedings. Work closely with TAPI supply chain coordinators, product management team & CX team to ensure a seamless commercial experience for customers. Regular travel to ensure top-of-mind awareness about TAPI by customers & ensure familiarity with TAPI product basket. Maintain a high level of relationship with customers. Be available as a point of contact for customers whenever needed for any project. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure optimal customer support. Your experience and qualifications 15 years in B2B Pharma API sales in Europe; experience in the US market would be an advantage. Pertinent professional education: Undergrad/Master of Science in Chemistry or related technical background; MBA preferable. Well-informed about emerging trends in the API landscape and the ability to identify opportunities of varied kinds. Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking. Strong relationship management skills. Strong leadership skills and capabilities. Executive presence with proven ability to influence others. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization. Strong strategic agility and business acumen. Be able to travel internationally up to 50%.
