Your responsibilities

• Developing demand forecasts for products, considering various market factors and seasonality.
• Analyzing and interpreting forecast data while tracking key performance indicators such as BIAS, MAPE, and forecast accuracy.
• Selecting and adjusting statistical models to suit the specifics of products and changing market conditions.
• Collaborating on promotional planning using insights gained from market analysis and forecasts.
• Implementing and optimizing forecasts through the application of machine learning algorithms.
• Preparing reports and analyses on demand trends, supporting the launch of new products.
• Continuously fine-tuning system parameters to improve forecast accuracy and streamline planning processes.

Employer requirements

• Practical experience in creating forecasts, including using statistical tools and data modeling methods.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• A higher education degree (preferred fields: logistics, finance, mathematics, data analytics, economics, or related areas.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with advanced planning tools, such as Kinaxis or o9 Solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Optional

• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
