Job Description

We are looking for a driven Junior IT Helpdesk Support professional to provide 1st Line telephonic and remote support via TeamViewer and similar applications. The ideal candidate will have CompTIA A and Network certifications, along with excellent communication skills in English . In this role, you will assist users by troubleshooting basic technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear, professional support. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st Line support for IT queries via phone and remote access tools like TEAMviewer . Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, software, and network issues remotely. Assist users in diagnosing basic network and connectivity problems. Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and phone calls promptly. Document all support interactions in the helpdesk ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up. Requirements: CompTIA A and Network certifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to provide telephonic and remote support using tools like TeamViewer or similar. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a helpdesk or remote support role Familiarity with remote access tools, Windows servers, and Active Directory is advantageous.
