Excellent opportunity for an electrical design engineer to join an industry leading manufacturing company in an interesting role where you can test your skills and progress your career into management positions.

This company have been established for over 30 years and are a global manufacturer that puts a huge emphasis on employee welfare and work-life balance. Through growth, they are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with compliance experience to join their growing team at their site near Stockport.

The ideal candidate will have electrical CAD experience, and have an understanding of CE Regs, be able to design to European Regulations, or work to global standards. Beneficial to have experience producing electrical wiring drawings for machinery and experience of IEC 60204.

In this role you will be working on the electrical elements of food packaging machinery, focusing on electrical wiring drawings and the compliance that comes with it. This role offers a natural progression route as they look to grow the team and add design engineers beneath you. This is a site-based position.
