Estimator

Our client is looking for an Estimator to join its busy team in central London on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction estimating, with a passion for heritage projects and conservation. This is is a chance to be involved with the preservation and longevity of some of the countries most cherished buildings.

All backgrounds will be considered and exeperience taken into consideration accordingly.

General Estimating Responsibilities (not limited to):
Reading and understanding drawings and tender dociuentation
Deal with subcontractors and suppliers, as well as direct staff.
Liase with customers and clients where required to reinforce and improve tender information.
Interact with site teams to aid with preparing and providing costings

Preferred Qualifications:
Construction related degree and relevant CSCS card

To be successful you will need to be proficien with the microsoft office software package and have experience with (or be willing to learn - dependant on experience) relevant estimating software packages.
Full clean UK driving licence and own car preferable.
