Role Description:


  • Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring compliance with NEC standards.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
  • Coordinate with public sector stakeholders and airport authorities to align project objectives, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project progress.
  • Manage contract administration, including risk management, cost control, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout project phases.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.



Requirements:


  • Must have UK consultancy experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • Must have project management experience in real estate, with a strong background in NEC contract administration.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects in the public sector, ideally within airport infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within large-scale construction projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with experience in risk management and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory compliance standards, especially in public sector and aviation projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a client-focused approach.
