US LAW FIRM FINANCE ASSOCIATE – UK SOLICITOR WITH LEVERAGED FINANCE EXP & 1-5 YRS PQE REQUIRED

£165K - £230K + Benefits & Bonus HYBRID (LONDON)

Our client, a leading US practice now expanding in the UK, seeks a high calibre Finance Associate to;

• Handle a variety of leveraged finance matters, including acquisition finance, structured finance, and syndicated lending, with precision and efficiency.
• Engage in drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and ancillary agreements.
• Assume significant responsibility within the team, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and leading deal negotiations.
• Contribute to the dynamic and international practice of the firm by staying abreast of legal developments, participating in client development initiatives, and collaborating with colleagues across offices and practice areas.

You must have experience of some of the above and be qualified as a solicitor in the UK with 1-5 years PQE with previous experience in a Top Law or Magic Circle firm although candidates from large regional or boutique firms with relevant experience will also be considered.
