Oracle HCM Global Process Owner (GPO)

Are you an expert in HR processes with a passion for driving global transformation? Join our European based client as an Oracle HCM Global Process Owner (GPO) and play a pivotal role in optimizing their HR operations on a global scale.


As an Oracle HCM Global Process Owner, you will:

  • Define and Standardise Global HR Processes: Develop and refine end-to-end HR processes that align with business objectives across multiple regions and ensure consistency worldwide.
  • Optimise Oracle HCM Implementation: Leverage Oracle HCM Cloud to streamline and automate HR processes—creating efficiencies, reducing costs, and enhancing employee experience.
  • Champion Global Compliance and Governance: Ensure all HR processes comply with international labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies while maintaining data security and integrity.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with key stakeholders including HR, IT, finance, and legal teams to align Oracle HCM functionalities with business needs and strategy.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor HR process performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovations to boost effectiveness and employee satisfaction.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in global HR process management and Oracle HCM implementation.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

In-depth understanding of global payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and compliance
