The role:

In this role, you will lead and support the development of the component failure analysis function, collaborating with technical experts and technologists. Your key responsibilities include evaluating and advancing new processes and equipment for component failure analysis on both national and international levels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, providing expertise on materials, processes, and the characteristics of circuit card assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCB). Additionally, you will assess component failures, influence decision-making, and establish best practices through reports and documented standards across international teams. This position offers the opportunity to develop a diverse technical skill set in PCB design, manufacture, and assembly.

What we want from you:

• Electronic design and component specification, with a solid understanding of PCB and sub-assembly manufacturing processes
• Fault diagnosis of circuit card assemblies at the component level
• Managing work packages effectively, balancing cost, quality, and schedule
• Consistent on-time delivery, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
