Job Description
This position is based on a brand-new site within the City of London contract, offering a mix of concierge, facilities management, and customer service.
As the main ISS point of contact on this smaller site, you will be the go-to person for stakeholders and receptionists, coordinating communications with cleaners and managing raised CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) requests.
In this role, you will comprehensively manage the key operational functions of the building, ensuring that landlord-controlled facilities are effectively maintained.
Your efforts will enable occupiers to enjoy all the entitlements outlined in their individual lease agreements.
As the face of The City of London within the property, you will serve as the first point of engagement for visitors, providing a best-in-class service that meets the needs of both landlords and occupiers.

Key Responsibilities
- Primary ownership of building compliance. Ensuring all statutory tasks are completed in required timeframes and coordinating remedial actions when required
- Manage and operate the CAFM system with relation to the building. Logging jobs, uploading documents, forward maintenance planning and monthly quality/completeness audit
- Complete basic FM related tasks as required including but not limited to: fire alarm testing, emergency light testing, fire systems testing, weekly lift checks, water management, fire door checks, meter readings
- Primary contact for all occupier queries. Work with occupiers to find a suitable conclusion to these queries through direct engagement or providing suitable contact information to re-direct
- Act as emergency response to all building related incidents, completing incident reporting as necessary
- Provide a presentable first impression for all persons attending the property as occupiers, CoL stakeholders, visitors and contractors
- Manage all contractor related site visits, ensuring any works are completed safely and maintain the enjoyment of the property for the occupiers
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Ideally have experience working with CAFM systems (e.g.
- Concerto, Quooda & MS Office)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Health & Safety understanding
- Able to effectively communicate to a variety of stakeholders
- Be proficient in IT platforms and Microsoft Office software
- Problem solving
- Calm and measured approach to situations
- Ability to focus on a number of tasks and prioritise
- Proactive in outlook, solving problems before they arise
