Day Shift Engineer FM Service Provider - Production Environment - Swindon - Up to £41,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Swindon has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to be based on a production contract in Swindon. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical ,mechanical or AC building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000 + £5,000 Shift Allowance, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• 4 on, 4 off Days Only
• 7 am - 7 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors

• Salary of up to £36,000 + £5,000 Shift Allowance (£41,000)

Requirements

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
