Job Description

Reward Manager

* 6 month FTC
* Salary £60,000 - £75,000 plus bonus
* Hybrid working: 1 to 2 days a week in the London office

I am working with an amazing global organisation who are listed on the New York and London Stock Exchange who are seeking a Reward Manager to join the team and work closely with the Head of Reward. This is a great opportunity to lead on cyclical reward processes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders in the business, deliver on reward strategy and for Reward Analyst's to progress.

Responsibilities:

* Lead on the annual salary and bonus review process.
* Provide data to HRBP's and People Managers across the globe ensuring the group's reward strategy remains consistent.
* Sole responsibility for the organisation's recognition platform.
* Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
* Supporting on the creation of reward policy and strategy.
* Lead on job levelling and benchmarking requests.

About the person:

* Highly analytical with experience of working with large data sets.
* Excellent data management skills with proven experience of providing analytical support within a HR environment.
* Advanced excel skills with brilliant attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Fantastic communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
