Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Location: SES Developments Ltd Urmston Manchester

SES Developments is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our dynamic team. Due to a significant increase in workload and a full order book, we are seeking the right candidate to join us on our journey and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for a variety of civil engineering projects.

Manage cost planning, analysis, and control to ensure project efficiency.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to manage procurement and tender processes.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in the civils sector.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.

Ability to work on both civil engineering and refurbishment projects.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
