Are you an experienced engineering leader ready to take on a pivotal role in an innovative, global organisation?
We’re searching for a Process and Project Engineering Manager to support and enhance the day-to-day operations, project management, and equipment performance at clients facility. Here, you’ll work closely with the Director of Engineering, leading a talented team and taking charge of impactful capital projects.

Coordinate & Lead – Drive process and project engineering activities, support and mentor your team, and oversee capital project design and review Optimize Operations – Prioritize activities that improve equipment performance and facility operations, maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, and compliance Innovate & Enhance – Develop and implement cutting-edge engineering procedures and specifications, supporting our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement Champion Quality & Compliance – Ensure that engineering practices meet all GMP, data integrity, and documentation standards, while developing strong cross-team relationships to streamline processes
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and high performance Provide detailed metrics and insights to senior management Manage and optimize the engineering budget and resources Support technical transfers, including experiment design, FMEA, and single-use setups Lead your team in maintaining compliance with GMP, quality systems, and health and safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
We need a problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and experience leading engineering initiatives in biopharmaceuticals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Degree in Engineering or Science – with at least 5 years in a biopharma process engineering role
- Leadership & Project Management Experience
- Biopharma Expertise - practical experience with cleanroom and fill-finish operations, plus commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical equipment
- Demonstrated skill in GMP compliance, data integrity, and good documentation practices
