Finance Administrator Full time, Mon- Fri £26,000- £28,000 Early finish Friday Permanent Belfast area CPL are delighted to partner with NIs Leading manufacturing group who are seeking a Finance Administrator. The role: *For the collection of debts as per terms of trading and to meet company debtor days targets. *To maintain sales ledger by allocating all remittances, credit notes, journals ensuring ledgers are kept in an orderly fashion. *Advise and resolve account queries electronically *Create and issue invoices promptly, on a daily basis. *For managing cash sales, preparing statements and preparing lodgements for banking. *Achieving an excellent record in terms of attendance and timeliness as per details stated in the terms and conditions of employment.
