Position: Corporate Associate
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are working with a market leading international firm who are looking for a talented solicitor to join their award-winning corporate team in Newcastle City Centre.
Role Overview: As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic team advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on corporate matters such as Mergers and acquisitions, Private equity, Sales and purchases , Reorganisation initiatives etc
- General corporate matters including drafting Shareholders Agreements and associated articles of association.
- Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance.
- Assisting with due diligence processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
