Search, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies is expanding! We're looking for motivated and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our Manchester office.

As a Resourcer, you'll be based out of Manchester but responsible for generating new candidates for live vacancies across our Healthcare Birmingham Division. You will be posting adverts using industry leading systems, responding to response, and sourcing candidates using CV database as well as conducting candidate interviews.

• Previous experience working in a recruitment, customer service role or sales role.

And what does a Resourcer do?

• Placing adverts using industry-leading systems to relevant job boards
• Responding to ad response within a timely manner and scheduling interviews
• Sourcing candidates using social media, CV databases and referrals.
• Carrying out interviews with candidates to confirm suitability for roles.
• Collecting compliance documentation and logging this on CRM systems
• Placing candidates into temporary placements across Birmingham
• Managing the candidate's absence, hours, and payroll ensuring they are paid weekly.
