Job Description

Role Purpose

Infinigate Global Services are seeking a keen and proactive Part-time Accounts Payable Administrator to join their warm and welcoming Finance Team based in South Cerney. You will have a keen eye for the finer details, thrive in a bustling environment and enjoy utilising your organisational skills to expedite administrative tasks within this key arm of the finance team. This role will see you involved in a range of finance processes including payment progressions, working across multi-currencies and liaising with a wider international team.


We are pleased to offer this role as a part-time, hybrid opportunity based in our rural offices in South Cerney. The part-time hours are 25 hours across 5 days a week, 3 days working from home. Working hours for this role are 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.


Duties & Responsibilities

• Processing invoices and credit notes, matching them against purchase orders and general ledger

codes, on various accounts.

• The Ledgers are multi-currency, multi entity and multi-VAT registration, so processing needs to be

suitably compliant.

• Accurate and timely processing and obtaining knowledge of how to resolve queries in relation to the

departments we interact with and understanding what to prioritise and when.

• Being able to communicate with internal and external parties is key.

• Assist the AP Manager, on occasion, during Audits and Vendor or HMRC/Compliance requests, with

obtaining copies, additional information, etc.

• Accounts Payable Automation error handling, which involves reviewing and manually resolving

invoices that could not be done via the automated system.

• Learning account reconciliations, using Excel.


General Skills

• Excel knowledge on using basic forms of Pivots and VLookups would be very useful

• Calm under pressure
