Junior Field Support Engineer x 3 - LIverpool - New Role

Location - Liverpool; Salary - £25,000 per annum + benefits

A leading supplier of healthcare solutions to the NHS requires a Junior Field Support Engineer to join its awar-winning team!

The sucessful applicannt will be trained to install the appropriate Android and iOS based technology in patient’s properties and deliver the appropriate training to the patient in their home or carehome. You will also be required to manage/deliver stock and training to clinicians.

Typical service visit tasks are:

• Setting up equipment in patients’ home/care home
• Delivery of equipment to hospital virtual ward teams
• Training the use of equipment and relevant peripherals to patients and clinicians
• Tracking location and status of stock through relevant IT systems
• Basic service calls for routine issues
• Maintenance of Software and Hardware supporting upgrades and ongoing development.
• Stock management

You will be the face-to-face contact of the company with patients / users and so should have the necessary skills to maintain a warm friendly atmosphere.

You will be expected to work with a “get the job done” attitude to meet the demands of contractual SLA’s. Patient availability may result in different combinations of hours typically between 8am and 8pm.

You will be required to undergo a full disclosure and barring service (DBS) check before commencement of employment
