Product Lead – Hybrid Role

Salary: Up to £70,000

Location: Warrington (Hybrid – 2 days a week on-site) - Please only apply if you can commute to Warrington 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity for the development team and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of features.
• User-Centric Focus: Lead the creation of user stories, wireframes, and requirements based on customer needs and feedback.
• Sprint Planning: Oversee sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Performance Metrics: Continuously analyze and assess product performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Lead within a start-up environment – essential.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working model.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
