Foley’s Faster Payments is a fast-growing card payment provider. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is vital in supporting our leadership and ensuring our operations run smoothly, contributing to a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules and booking meetings.
· Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an efficient and welcoming atmosphere.
· Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
· Act as a liaison for internal and external inquiries, ensuring effective communication.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and clients, fostering long-term connections.
Skills and Experience Required:
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
· Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Knowledge of finance or payment processing is a plus.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Efficient time management and diary management skills.
