Are you a Product / Propositions professional with experience in financial services?

Would you like to work closely with an industry leader, with extensive experience developing and managing industry-leading products in the space?

CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to support our client, an established Life & Pensions firm, growing its headcount, presence and product range in Scotland. The role will join the Commercial Products & Partnerships team, with a focus on managing and developing the firm’s market proposition across savings and life insurance.

Key responsibilities of the Product Development Manager:

• Work closely with the newly appointed Head of Product, managing existing product lines
• Provide technical product input into the development of protection and savings products.
• Work closely with colleagues across different teams in IT, Risk, Compliance & Marketing
• Ensure products meet legal, regulatory and industry requirements
• Lead the governance process and delivery of the existing product change
• Lead product development projects.

Key skills or background required for the Product Development Manager:

• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging and building relationships across a financial services business
• Experience in a product role, managing product performance and governance in financial services
• Extensive knowledge of savings and life insurance products is desirable
