My client, who is one of the best regional firms in Manchester is looking for a Junior Commercial Property Solicitor.

The role involves handling property sales and acquisitions, representing both landlords and tenants, assisting developers on residential and commercial projects, managing secured lending for financial institutions, and dealing with option/pre-emption agreements and overage arrangements. Additionally, the position supports the corporate/commercial team on real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
