Due to expansion, we currently have a need for a Compliance and Internal Auditor to join our Business Support team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and energetic individual to become a key member of the team to provide a comprehensive support service and assist with timely, efficient, and effective delivery across several key programmes.

What will you be doing?

• Independently lead and perform ISO 9001/27001 Internal Audits as per Systal’s Internal Audit Program, ensuring the audits are fully documented and any non-conformances raised and assigned to the appropriate owner for resolution.
• Ensure accurate tracking of audit reports and follow up on compliance non-conformities in a timely manner.
• Act as Systal’s Interface/Single Point of contact for all External Managed Services Customer Audits; Receive all audit requests from Customer and track and co-ordinate Systal’s responses.
• Produce and present regular Audit and Compliance reports for Senior Management
• Complete additional ad hoc tasks as requested in support of Systal’s ISO 9001/27001 certification.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• Previous experience of leading and performing Internal Audits essential.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards essential.
• Understanding of Cyber Essentials Plus advantageous
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CISA, IS 27001 IA, ISO 9001 IA) is desirable.
• Working knowledge and application of Risk Management and Data Protection/Privacy controls is desirable.
• Working knowledge of the InfoSec regulatory environment to include NIS 2, SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, PCI DSS and others is desirable.
