Boden Group is delighted to be recruiting for this role on behalf of our client, a FTSE 250 listed Real Estate business who manage, develop and occupy their spaces across London over circa 4.7 million sq. ft. of commercial business space, providing liberating spaces for businesses to shine and grow.
*This role is working client-side (in-house)
London location paying £40,000 - £45,000pa + Fantastic Benefits!
Role Overview: Join their dynamic Facilities Management team to help maintain the highest standards of facilities management and customer care. You’ll work alongside the Facilities Managers, ensuring the properties are clean, safe, and operational, while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing building maintenance, security, and health & safety.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure high standards and compliance.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for the FM.
- Maintain excellent customer service and manage service providers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tasks and health & safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant FM experience and strong IT literacy.
- Knowledge of building engineering systems and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- IOSH as a minimum.
