Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Human Resources Team in the position of HR Data and Compliance Specialist. (12 months fixed-term contract)


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in projects that streamline and enhance the systems functionality; gather new requests, operational needs, and support in data migration projects
  • Execute and roll-out of HR systems as per project plans; record the impact of changes made to HR processes and systems with stakeholders
  • Consolidate inputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives, and user needs
  • Prepare monthly reports on HR metrics to the senior stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of local and global HR trends and developments to provide further benchmarking insights on data analysis outcomes
  • Analyse and recommend enhancements to the organisation’s HR practices taking into consideration the business context and operating environment
  • Liaise with local HR to ensure all employee information are maintained timely and accurately
  • Work with HR IT to ensure data security and privacy


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and focus on results
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Excel skills and competent Office skills, ideally knowledge of Power BI
