Job Description
We are working with an exciting client who is looking to hire a People and Culture Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who is passionate about developing & supporting the delivery of impactful HR initiatives.
Overview
- Ensure that employee information, data, files, and systems are maintained with accuracy and updated promptly.
- Complete monthly reporting requirements for internal teams, finance, and global stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive support across the business in all aspects of People & Culture (P&C) communications and employee touchpoints.
- Design and implement innovative people initiatives and projects in collaboration with the SLT.
- Management of the Employee Lifecycle
- Learning & Development: Participate in creation of annual training plans aligned to company and employee goals, to instill a growth mindset culture and continually develop high performing teams.
- Recruitment & Onboarding; Work alongside hiring managers to support the end-to-end recruitment process with clear consideration for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging –
- Events, Culture & Wellbeing; As a member of the UK Events and Culture Committee, promote and lead initiatives with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging.
- Employee Relations Cases; Provide accurate advice and guidance in all aspects of employee relations and policy.
