THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for a Senior Real Estate Associate 6 + PQE to join the City based office of a well known law firm

This is an important role where you will be advising a broad ranging client base, including; occupiers, property developers, investors and lenders

The main work areas will cover;

Acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and lease-back transactions

Negotiation of leases

Acquisition of sites for development and investment, negotiating development agreements, dealing with disposals of development sites to investors

The role will also include responsibility for supervising and mentoring junior team members.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a qualified Solicitor with a solid Commercial Property background, ready to make a career move to a new and exciting role senior role where you will be given an opportunity to build on and develop your commercial property experience at a senior level.

The firm has a collegiate work environment and offers hybrid/flexible working arrangements
