We are hiring a Financial Analyst for a hybrid role in Valhalla, NY!

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or finance
• 2 + years working with SAP or similar ERP system
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize sales data from various sources and combine data to create meaningful reports for management and sales teams. Produce monthly actual vs quota reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy. Assist in reconciling any discrepancies.
• Produce monthly T&E reports for various departments to monitor spend to budget and distribute to management for review. Respond to any requests for further analysis.
• Administer third party Buying Group rebates and reporting. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. Calculate Buying Group rebates and Marketing Subsidies based on performance and membership.
• Initiate quarterly payments and reporting.
• Compile data files for input to assist Product Managers with updating simulations used for sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends. Reconcile and analyze adjustments to determine proper customer information and product breakouts.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency with excel. Able to learn and navigate various systems related to sales, finance, and data analysis. Work closely with IT and other relevant teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize data integration processes.
