Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the IT field. As an Entry-Level IT Deployment Technician, you will gain hands-on experience setting up and configuring computers and Chromebooks, diagnosing and repairing devices, and helping our clients make the most of their technology. You will work with a supportive team that values your growth and development

What You’ll Do:

Get Hands-On with Technology:

• Assist with receiving and preparing new PCs, Chromebooks, and printers for deployment.
• Learn how to inspect and check equipment to ensure it’s ready for use.
• Help update software, configure network settings, and enroll devices into management systems like Google Workspace.

Develop Problem-Solving Skills:

• Learn to diagnose and repair computers, Chromebooks, and printers, becoming a go-to person for fixing tech issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware problems.
• Support Deployment Projects:
• Participate in projects that deliver technology to schools and government offices.
• Work with a team to package and prepare devices for shipment or delivery to clients.
• Gain Experience and Grow:
• Learn from experienced IT professionals who will help you develop your skills.
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development to build your career.

Who You Are:

• A recent high school/college graduate or someone with a passion for technology.
• Excited to learn about computers, Chromebooks, printers, and networks.
• Detail-oriented, with an eagerness to solve problems and help others.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Physically able to lift and move equipment (up to 50 pounds).
