Plex ERP Manager

We are seeking a skilled Manager with strong experience in Plex ERP systems to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the integration, customization, and maintenance of Plex ERP systems alongside managing IT infrastructure and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plex ERP Management

• Oversee the daily administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Plex ERP system.

• Lead projects to enhance system functionalities, including software updates and system integration.

• Collaborate with internal departments to identify business needs and implement ERP solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Plex ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Work with vendors and external partners to manage system upgrades, support tickets, and customization.

• Plan and execute IT and ERP-related projects within timelines and budgets.

• Work closely with senior management to align goals with business objectives.

• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency in all operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience working with Plex ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Experience with ERP implementation, customization, and maintenance (specifically Plex).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate with non-technical departments to meet business objectives.
